In the privacy of your room or suite you will find a fireplace, whirlpool for two, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, full satellite television, VCR, DVD, CD telephone, hair dryer, wireless high speed internet.
- Rates:
$169 ($199 in October) weekends (Friday and Saturday) full breakfast and room service included
$119 Sunday through Thursday no breakfast or room service included.
Two day minimum.
Rates are valid 7 days a week.
- Reservations are secured by Visa & Mastercard.

- Check Out: 11:00 a.m.
- Early check in late check out $15 per hour on prior notice.
- Cancellation Policy: 14 days prior notice per 1 night stay.
- We regret we cannot accommodate children.

- SMOKING POLICIES:
Since smoking is not permitted inside of the B&B, and our guests expect to check into a room that is free and clear of the smell of smoke. If a guest smokes in their room they will be asked to leave forfeit full payment and be charged a $200 clean up fee.
- BOOKING POLICIES:
We require a seven- day per night notice to cancel. If you cancel with less than a seven - day per night notice, you will forfeit the deposit. If you cancel with the appropriate number of days, your deposit will be refunded to you minus a thirty-five dollar handling fee.
